IFA Database Terms and Conditions of Use. 

• The IFA Database remains the property of www.ifa-database.co.uk at all times.
  
  
• The IFA Database must be used by the purchaser only. It must not be passed or sold to any 3rd parties including other entities within a company or to other businesses owned/managed by the purchaser.
  
  
• We reserve the right to insert (up to) 5 "seeds" into each database to ensure these terms are not breached. These seeds are changed every time a database is purchased so we are well aware who is the only authorised user.

Any breach of these terms will incur a liability for a fee of £349 per breach.

IFA Email List Terms and Conditions of Use.

If you are purchasing the IFA Email list you should be aware of the protocol regarding emailing businesses. In particular to the option for individuals to be removed from your mailing list. IFA-Database accepts no responsibility for the emails in either list being up to date. The data-base should be updated and developed by the users over time not as a quick fix for email campaigns.
