Our Email Verification
Our email lists are verified regularly. The latest verification dates are shown on our Email page.
To prevent any misunderstandings please note the
following.
1. Your OWN ISP can block emails sent.
2. The recipients ISP can block you.
These can be mitigated by using good quality mailing software which staggers sending
and does not use your own server/ip address.
3. Verification means that the emails did not bounce.........that does not imply
the recipient will actually read it not does it mean that the company still exists.
4. Email addresses such as aol and hotmail almost always verify. That does not mean the
recipient is still using or checking their account.
5. Domain verification does not imply an individual is still receiving those mails - for
example if an email to (say) emma@xyzcompany123.co.uk
verifies that means the xyzcompany123.co.uk mail server exists but Emma may not still be there.
6. In any bulk mailing you should expect maybe 10% failures anyway. This can be for reasons
such as mail servers being down. This would probably be a different 10% each time you used it. Emails are
subject to technical failure as you will no doubt be aware.
7. We cannot guarantee any individual on the list is still involved in the financial
services industry.
In conclusion, used "well" an email list will pay dividends but you can never
expect them to be "perfect".
Most (potential) problems can be removed by using high quality email delivery software that handles bounces
and, most importantly, opt outs from your mailing list.
The most popular, and probaly the best, professional bulk email is provided by Aweber
